Tammo Andersch has many years of experience in the execution of complex reorganization and refinancing projects.
He developed numerous reorganization concepts for well-known companies of many branches and different sizes and he successfully accompanied them during the realization of restructuring concepts and strategic reorganization concepts until the repositioning and the turnaround.
Before the formation of the company Andersch he has worked about 20 years at KPMG. In 2000 he became partner, in 2002 he was appointed Head of KPMG Restructuring in Germany and, since 2005, he also managed the Restructuring activities in Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EMEA). During this time, Tammo Andersch lead his team to become one of the leading Restructuring and Financial Advisory team.
Tammo Andersch has studied economic science at the Helmut-Schmidt-University in Hamburg and holds an MBA from the Henley Management College (England). Between 1984 and 1993 he was an officer in the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr).

Jan Viebig is the designated Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Oddo BHF Trust. He has worked as Head of Asset Management at Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers. Before, he was the CEO of Harcourt and Head Alternatives at Vontobel and Head of Emerging Markets Equities at Credit Suisse in Zurich, Switzerland. Previously, he worked from 1999 to 2009 at DWS (Deutsche Bank Group). Initially he was Senior Portfolio Manager for international and emerging markets and later Managing Director and Hedge Fund Manager managing various long/short equity, absolute return and long-only funds in Frankfurt, Germany.

Kirsten Bremke is responsible for the Client Intelligence unit at Deutsche Bank Wealth Management and globally analyses clients’ preferences. Furthermore, she is responsible for the use of smart data and artificial intelligence to support and automate decision making. She started her career with Deutsche Bank in 1997 as a Credit Risk Manager. In between, she has been a Principal at A.T. Kearney and member of the Central European Financial Institutions Leadership Team.

1992, she graduated from RWTH Aachen with a diploma in Mathematics and then received her PhD in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1996.

Jasmin joined Citi in 2004 and has been Head of Legal for Germany & Austria since January 2008. She is also responsible as Division Counsel Nordics for Legal support of Citi Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Iceland.
Prior to joining Citi, Jasmin was a lawyer at Linklaters as well as Clifford Chance. She received her PhD in Law from University of Marburg, Germany and was admitted to the German bar in 1999. She studied law at University of Marburg, passed her state exam in 1997 and the bar exam in 1999. Before her studies, she made a bank apprenticeship.
Additionally, she sits on the Board of Trustees of Frankfurt School of Finance and Management since 2013 and on the Advisory Board of the True Sale Initiative GmbH since 2014.

Walter Jackson “Jack” Helm has been advising cross-border corporate finance and
mergers & acquisitions for over thirty years. Educated in both the US and Germany, Jack
was trained at Citibank and Lehman Brothers in New York and relocated to Frankfurt in
1988 to open Lehman Brothers’ new German corporate finance practice. With an interest
in the life sciences, he has closed numerous transactions primarily in the chemicals and
healthcare sector as well as diversified industrial segments. In 1996 he became managing
director and country head of the mergers & acquisitions specialty investment bank
Wasserstein Perella. Upon the acquisition of Wasserstein Perella by Dresdner Bank in
2001, Jack returned to his native Virginia to pursue venture capital opportunities. He
reentered the German advisory business in 2011. Jack has a bachelor’s degree from the
University of Virginia and a masters in international business from Georgetown University.
